The build up or conclusion to a match or event can be an overwhelming / underwhelming experience. We will help you in finding coping mechanisms that suit how you prepare or reflect pre and post match.

Create Structured routines

A zone to relax and enjoy your football away from the stresses and strains of everyday life. We are trained in sports psychology and hold relevant counselling certificates to support individuals.

Realign Focus

The opportunity to dust off any cobwebs and re-align focus to physically and mentally prepare for an up and coming fixture or match.

We offer tailored consultations, and will develop bespoke mindset plans to help you achieve positive results.

FAQs

  • An initial 1 hour consultation meeting included within a 6 week period. Sessions will then last 50 minutes. After 6 sessions support will be provided on an ad hoc basis.

  • Self reflection, imagery and positive affirmation are just a few of the tools used to develop a positive mindset with us.

  • We are happy to meet with you in a suitable environment of your choice, however we have a home office set up which is practical and safe. We also provide online sessions.

  • We work with young athletes looking to maintain enjoyment and develop their motivation, through to adults seeking the psychological edge in performance.
